Savannah Chrisley Announces She Is Pregnant and Engaged to Jason in Double Reveal

Savannah Chrisley shared two pieces of personal news at once on Tuesday, 27 October, PEOPLE reported: she is expecting her first baby, and she is engaged to her partner, Jason. The 29-year-old reality star revealed the engagement on a new episode of her podcast, Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley, and announced the pregnancy in a video posted to her Instagram account the same day, according to PEOPLE and USA TODAY.
In the Instagram video, Chrisley held a series of ultrasound photos before the scene changed to show her with Jason, her hand resting on her bump as they kissed, PEOPLE reported. Parade reported that the video also showed baby booties, a stuffed rabbit and a cake decorated with the word “Baby.”
How she shared the news
Chrisley framed the announcement as the end of a long wait. “I’ve prayed for this life. I’ve cried for this life. And there were moments I truly wondered if this life would ever be mine,” she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post, as quoted by PEOPLE.
She described Jason in warm terms in the same post, calling him her protector and her safe place, PEOPLE reported, and said that for the first time in a long time she felt safe and fulfilled. USA TODAY reported that she wrote: “Just when I thought my heart couldn’t hold any more love, God gave us our sweetest blessing yet … we’re having a BABY!”
A romance kept private
Until now, Chrisley had kept the relationship largely out of public view. USA TODAY reported that she and Jason have been together since July 2025, and that she had avoided identifying him in public. The podcast episode marked the first time she shared his first name, PEOPLE reported, describing their romance as a “dream relationship.”
Parade reported that in her caption Chrisley also addressed women still waiting for a similar chapter in their own lives, writing: “Please don’t mistake God’s silence for His absence.”
Family context
Chrisley first became known alongside her family on the reality series Chrisley Knows Best, which ran for ten seasons from 2014 to 2023, USA TODAY reported. The show ended after her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, were convicted of bank and tax fraud charges, according to USA TODAY. After more than two years behind bars, the couple were released in May 2025 after receiving full pardons from President Donald Trump, USA TODAY reported.
For Chrisley, the announcement closes a difficult period she has spoken about openly. As she put it in her Instagram caption, quoted by PEOPLE: “I found my forever in you.”
